SUMMER INSTITUTE

2025 In Person at the OHSAA

The “Summer Leadership Institute” has proved to be one of the most successful professional development opportunities for Ohio athletic administrators. The summer Institute aims to provide appropriate training and professional development for audiences directly involved with the education-based athletic programs within Ohio schools.  The courses offered will help newly appointed Athletic Administrators and experienced athletic administrators. The best part is that all instructors are working Athletic Administrators

With more and more attention being shifted toward the training and certification of Ohio athletic administrators, the Summer Institute can provide coursework credits toward RAA, CAA, and CMAA certifications.

This summer we will offer LTC 727, a new course just offered at the past NIAAA conference for the first time. Kevin Guzzo and John Woods National faculty for 727 will be the instructors.

Get 501 and 502 free with a paid membership. Pay for 503, 504 and 506 and you meet the NIAAA certification for taking the CAA Exam which we will give on Thursday. (You must have served a minimum of two years as an Athletic Administrator with a signed contract. You will need to register with the NIAAA before you can take the exam)

Great way to start toward certification
