SOLD OUT! 2015 O.I.A.A.A. State Conference Exhibitor and Sponsor Information

The Vendor Show is SOLD OUT!

Dear Prospective Exhibitor:

The Ohio Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association’s fifty-ninth Annual Conference will once again be held at the fabulous Columbus Hilton at Easton Towne Center, November 15, 16 & 17, 2015.

For the third straight year, we experienced a tremendous increase at our 2014 event and expect continued growth in 2015.  Our goal is to register well over 400 Ohio Athletic Administrators for this state conference and exceed past attendance marks.  Exhibitor space will also be at a premium, as the 2013 event sold out, so as such, it will be essential that you register early to guarantee your booth space.

As last year, wireless access will be included with your registration, along with the popular “Vendor Bingo” activity.  We have expanded our Sunday nigh activities to include all registered attendees and vendors in an OIAAA Networking Session and Fellowship Event.  As a participant in the conference, you will not only have the opportunity to revisit with your current clients but your prime positioning next to our conference assemblies will also allow you time to display your product or service and discuss this with potential new clients as well.  Simply, your attendance can save you miles of travel and phone calls to schools.

Exhibitor registration and set-up will take place on Sunday, November 15th starting at 11:30 a.m.  Conference attendee registration begins at 2:00 pm with the opening session of the Conference starting at 6:30 p.m.

Exhibitor Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis so your early response will not only guarantee your space, but will also save you money with the discounted registration fee received prior to July 1, 2015.  The fee AFTER July 1 will increase $50.

Should you have any questions regarding our conference and the exhibitors’ show, please email at ppoggi@sycamoreschools.org or call me at (513) 600-3078.

Sincerely,

Phillip J. Poggi, CAA

2015-2016 – OIAAA and NIAAA Membership Drive

Ohio Athletic Directors,

PLEASE SHARE THIS EMAIL WITH YOUR ASSISTANT ATHLETIC DIRECTORS AND/OR YOUR MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETIC DIRECTORS.

It’s hard to believe that we are winding down another school year.  Before you head out of the office for the summer, I wanted to provide you with all of membership information  for the Ohio Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.  We are starting our 2015-16 membership drive in late spring due to the member benefit of a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy for all members.

Please recall that our membership calendar year starts of July 1 (or whenever you join after that date) and runs through June 30.  Therefore, every 2014-15 membership will EXPIRE on June 30, 2015.

In order to prevent a gap in your liability insurance policy, you must submit your membership for the 2015-16 year prior to June 30th.  Certainly, we will continue to accept membership dues after that date, but the insurance coverage is NOT retroactive.  It begins when you join the OIAAA.  Our recommendation is to submit your membership dues prior to June 30 so that your membership benefits are seamless.

Additionally, we want to remind you of the great benefits of becoming a member of our national association, NIAAA.  On our website, you will find much information about those added value benefits.  We have even discounted the total registration fee when you join BOTH associations at the same time!

The membership application is attached.  You can view our member benefits and download the membership application from the OIAAA Website – http://oiaaa2.wpengine.com/about/membership-info/

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the attached membership information or anything related to the OIAAA, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I hope you have a great rest of your school year and have a wonderful and relaxing summer with your family!!!
